Home care service
“Home care allows a person with special needs, the elderly, someone who is chronically ill or in recovery stay in their own home.”
Our trained nurses provide care for the elderly, cancer, stroke and immobile patients, people with special needs or disability and those in recovery in their home. Care can range from clinical needs like blood pressure checks, blood glucose checks, insulin injections, infusion change, wound cleaning and redressing, catheter change and bed bathing, to providing assistance with day to day needs like dressing up, accompanying patients for doctor’s appointments, serving lunch, giving medications, oral care etc.Every patient is different so services required will be discussed on setting up appointment. An initial consultation might be required to fully assess patient’s needs.
Our services are provided at an hourly rate or through our fixed or customised packages.
All payment will be made before service is delivered. In the case of hourly rate where a certain time cannot be decided on the first two hours must be paid for. A typical day is a 9 hour day e.g. 8AM – 6PM.
Clinical Care
This package will benefit patients who are in recovery, maybe from stroke, cancer, road accidents, fire incidents or any acute illness.
Subscribers of this package will benefit from our trained nurses providing the following services:
- Bedside nursing
- Serving lunches and snacks
- Collecting or filling up prescriptions
- Assisting patients to doctor’s appointments
- Oral care
- Bed bathing
This package does not include overnight care.
Assistance
This package is for patients who need help with day to day activities. They may not be acutely ill. This package may benefit patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, the elderly or someone with a disability or special needs e.g autism.
Our trained nurses/caretakers can help with day to day tasks such as;
- Getting out of bed
- Serving meals and drinks
- Running some errands or shopping
- Filling up prescriptions
- Assisting with doctor’s appointments
- Giving medicines if necessary
- Using the toilet etc
Customized Package
This package allows clients to pick and choose the services they would like from our wide range of services. It is also a great package if you’re on a budget.
Overnight Package
Our trained nurse will provide care for ten hours a night, five days a week. This package can help ease your mind if you have loved ones with complex needs.
Relaxation service AKA massages
Our massages are to help you relax and de-stress. It may also relieve some pain and tension in the affected muscles. Appointments require a 48-72hour notices.
